Quotations

Once a quote is provided for a monument, a 50% deposit payment is required from the customer on acceptance.Once a quotation is issued; it will be live for a period of 6 weeks.

Lead Time

Devine Memorials will then aim for an 8-10 week turnaround time.
Specific completion dates, like anniversaries, can also be requested.

Bespoke Memorials

Deposits made for monuments which must be ordered with a supplier are non-refundable. Monuments sent from suppliers are impossible to send back therefore we believe this policy to be legitimate.

Natural Material Disclosure

The Client understands and accepts that all granite and marble are derived from natural stone that has been quarried from mountains all over the world.. As a natural product they are prone to variations in colour, pattern and density that add to the beauty and charm of the material. The materials are subject to natural markings, veining as well as variations in colour, grains and shading.
